Judges 6:34-35 Then the Spirit of the Lord came upon Gideon, and he blew a trumpet, summoning the Abiezrites to follow him. He sent messengers throughout Manasseh, calling them to arms, and also into Asher, Zebulun and Naphtali, so that they too went up to meet them.
Has God called you to lead? Are you taking the plunge? If your answers are yes, expect God to bless you with the Holy Spirit and a team to accomplish His call.
The Holy Spirit is our Counselor. He reveals truth. He helps you say the right thing. He teaches and reminds you of God's word when you need it. All are essential for leadership.
We need a team to lead because by ourselves, we are limited. Others have strengths that compensate for our weaknesses, and there is power in numbers.
Today, lead boldly. Ask God to fill you with his Spirit and surround you with people who are eager to fulfill His purposes.
