Fighting Our Battles


Many of us have experienced a battle that is too painful or scary to face. This battle may be within us—negative thoughts, anger, depression, cancer. Or the battle may be external—debt, divorce, job loss. Remember that God is infinitely larger than your battle, which is a speck of dust under His feet. Magnify Him, cast out all fear, and remember that the Lord God is with you as your draw your sword, fight in His name and experience His sweet victory. –Read Deuteronomy 20:1-4
